Tuesday May 22, 2018
Tuesday May 22, 2018
This week we want to share “Born to Serve the Lord” from our Campmeeting in 2003. Brother Mitch Merritt uses multiple passages of scripture about the human body to show that this intelligent design was not created for sin and concludes with inspiring remarks about the freedom that life in the Spirit brings. If you haven't heard this recently, please take this opportunity to hear this anointed message!

Bro. Thomas Mustin in Camp Meeting 1993
Tuesday May 22, 2018
Tuesday May 22, 2018
In Camp Meeting 1993 Bro. Thomas Mustin declares himself a product of Sis. Fannie Rodgers preaching, potentially from the back of a wagon, in 1914 in Montgomery, Alabama. About 35 years after this young lady’s preaching, Bro. Thomas’ father was sanctified, and then about 20 years later, Bro. Thomas made his consecration. He uses Hebrews 11 to highlight God’s plan to redeem mankind. Referencing Abraham, Isaac, Joseph, Moses, the Passover, deliverance from Egypt, Caleb and Joshua, the walls of Jericho, Rahab, Daniel and finally the birth of Jesus, he makes the case that God can deliver from sin in every circumstance of life.

Bro. Jeff Price in Atlanta in 2006 - "I like your Christ"
Tuesday May 22, 2018
Tuesday May 22, 2018
Bro. Jeff in the 2006 Atlanta feast meeting evaluates the popular quote "I like your Christ; I do not like your Christians". Perhaps this bumper sticker slogan has more merit than we like to admit as Jesus' teaching is so contrary to the natural man. Jesus' mission was to glorify His Father and He taught faithfully regardless to whether the audience was a one-on-one with the woman at the well or the crowds that followed Him into the wilderness. Are we rich toward God or are we laying up treasures for ourselves? "Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men." - Matt 5:13

'The Hidden Wisdom' - Bro. Paul Merritt Sr. in Camp Meeting 1975
Tuesday May 22, 2018
Tuesday May 22, 2018
Tuesday night of Camp meeting 1975 Bro. Paul Merritt Sr. explains the Spirit would have to do the preaching. The Word of God is quick and powerful enough to separate the soul and spirit even if a dictionary can't explain the difference. We're all physical beings, but it takes the Spirit to make us spiritual beings. From the 2nd chapter of 1st Corinthians he explains the demonstration of the Spirit and of power to deliver freedom from the law of sin and death. The revelation of the mystery of the Spirit of Christ in you is the hope of glory. Sharing his love of church on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, while drawing on 71 years of experience, he explains that anything that causes us to leave the Lord out of our life for any period of time is harm. Nobody has ever pleased God with a sacrifice unless it was dear to them. Bro. Paul shares one of the many songs he wrote, and enjoys Sis. Joy Melton’s help leading another song: "There is a River".
